Coach transfer speedy and there was no hassle at the airport, dont be afraid to let the porters help you with your luggage you can give them an english pound but say no and they will walk away. The hotel has 4 swimming pools and this was just bliss for the kids. Our bungalow was ideally positioned close to pools and beach, only 5 mins from the restaurants. The bungalows are basic in a 2/3 star greek holiday kind of way but beds were comfy compared to other experiences and there was always warm water and powerful shower. Hotel rooms are much better so if you get a bungalow and are unhappy I would suggest you ask to upgrade early in your holiday as others did this and were pleased with the value. We were only there a week so we were fine. I was dissapointed bungalows didnt have balconys or proper terraces just narrow entrances with big walls in front. The pools were really clean and huge so no over crowding in the water, there wasnt enough sun beds though so I imagine its a nightmare in july and august. My mum got up every day at 6 to get us 2 to share between 4 and usually they were already all picked over at that time. In the end we agreed people must be putting towels out before they went to bed. This was very irritating as often beds had towels on for most of the day and no one using them. I know germans get blamed for this but it seemed to be all nationalities doing it from what I could see. If this hotel could improve they should lift towels off and put a sign up instructing not to do it, they could also stop charging for the mattresses as I dont think that is right in an ai hotel as you are kind of tied to being there. Food was very varied, there were lots of healthy and naughty options, there were no burgers or english breakfasts but we found that refreshing, my 4 year old is a very very fussy eater and he put weight on whilst away. There was also treats in the middle of the day at the pool such as crepes and chocolate sauce or popcorn or candy floss and the boys loved it. There was a games room, pool table, table tennis, dated arcade games and slammer. we all enjoyed it and were sad we had only one weekthere

We booked a last minute holiday to this hotel for 1 week in March '08. It was still quite cold, so much so that i had to buy a jacket, so i cant comment on pool facilities.We stayed in hotel as bungalows were not openned for season as yet. The room was basic but clean & we had a view of pool. No need for airconditioning due to time of year but the heating worked very well. We were AI & the food was fantastic, every other day there was an independent person testing food was cooked & at correct temperature which was very reassuring. Also a very good selection to suit all tastes. 1st time in dining room you are allocated a table & you keep this table for the duration of your holiday. The waiters were very efficient & all the staff from gardeners to managers were extremely friendly. The only complaint i have was that where the entertainment was held in the evenings you had to buy drinks even though we were AI. We had a very good holiday & when we left we would have recommended it but unfortunately after we returned home my partner was very ill with suspected legionaires disease which has put us of from returning to Tunisia.
