"lovely beaches"

Overall Resort Rating:

lovely place to stay as hotel situated right on the beach. sunbeds a pound a day - bargain! plenty of place to visit but we stayed on the beach alot. be carefull when going out as sometime the locals can mither you, you just have to know how to handle them.

the hotel was based on the beach which was easily accessable. sunbeds were 1 pound per day. the resort was lovely and the locals very friendly. they did mither us a bit but once we knew how to handle them it was fine! there was allways somewhere to eat and the food was lovely but cheap.

Really nice place to stay, lovely beaches and people are really nice. Good restaurants as well with a mixture of taste and expense. Only thing I would say is better to go before October as weather gets really unpredictable

the beaches were fantastic and lovely and clean. there was a lots to do including camel riding etc. we even went the zoo one day had a meal then come back to hotel, lovely day all in all.

we didnt really go out of a nght but the hotel entertainment was good anyway. the beach was fantastic. we went to the zoo one day and then had a meal wich was lovely and also went camel riding one day

Overall Resort Rating:

Hotel does not have huge amount around it - have to get local (cheap) transport to Port el Kantoui or Sousse. Beach is average - sand is nice but not cleaned on a regular basis.

we didnt eat out much as we stayed in the hotel alot. the beaches was private and allways patrolled. went to the zoo one day then had a meal in the hut there which was lovely. plenty to eat and drink.

"The town of sousse"

We travelled through out tunisa and all the shops seem to sell the same things , bartering is normal always start off with a third of the price they want to charge you. The medina can be overwelming but a challenge we didnt have any problems there. The taxis are very cheap to get around in always agree a price first before you go any where, as they will try to rip you off. There are lots of half finished buildings. Be carefull if you have young children because they do-not stop for you to cross the roads. Theres not alot to spend your money on, we found sola sousse shop a bit disapointing.
