We have been to Tunisia before, so did have high expectations as this was sold to us as a Five Star!
The staff were miserable! They told us that the Hotel was only a 3 Star and was mainly aimed at the French and Russian.

We have been to Tunisia before, so did have high expectations as this was sold to us as a Five Star!
The staff were miserable! They told us that the Hotel was only a 3 Star and was mainly aimed at the French and Russian.
Food selection was pathetic.
Entertainment team consisted of TWO people, and was in French.
The Hotel owner had run out of money, and couldn't afford any staff, or uniforms, clean towels. etc..
Hated it at the hotel. Spent most of our time at the beach and Centre which was very nice.
