On arrival to hotel we were impressed until we seen the rooms we were given, one had light hanging of wall with puddle at fridge and the other smelled like smelly trainers so we went straight back to reception and was given a bigfamily room for that night until better rooms were vacant the next day and were a better standard,(tip: go and c room b4 you take your cases along to c if they are acceptable on arrival).
The pools are really big and we found they were plenty of loungers but they were germans putting towels out at 6am to keep best loungers.
The food at the hotel is good if you are german we struggled to eat some nights and went out a few nights to cafes to get dinner as is is cheap to each outside. We found most of the pool bar staff very ignorant and served the germans b4 the british.
The entertainment team were brill they were about 7 young adults in there twenties and if you join in with the activites your holiday will be good some choose not to and comlained there holiday was boring and rubbish - It is what you make it !.
Overall the holiday was ok but the food was a big let down we were advised this was 4 star and no way was it 4star. The weather was excellent and if you go here you must visit Carthage Land It was only £5 for kids and £7.50 for adults it is a mini alton towers and is built brillantly it is only 15-20 min walk from hotel so go to welcome meeting to find out were everything is, our Rep Martin Smith was smashing and helped us with all our problems experienced at the hotel. If someone is wrong speak up and dont suffer in silence . We will miss all entertainment team (Dahlilia, Anis, Walid, Sabeur, Jackie, Jo Soap - They are over worked and underpaid and are the best bunch of kids we have ever met on holiday )

This hotel is a must if your planning a holiday to tunisia, we went in the middle of june for 2 weeks, the weather was beautiful, the resort also beautiful and spotless, and the hotel also beautiful. The pool was huge with a pool bar along side got to mention the waiters here, they were fantastic, very friendly and cant do enough for you, they do appreciate a little tip though, there is a mini club, we took 4 children and they loved it.
A must also is the camel rides its a great experience if you have never done it, (hold tight though) Also the beach in yasmine hammamet is absolutley georgeous, you really dont need to go all the way to mexico to see nice beaches. overall a fantastic holiday, hotel, staff, beach etc, cant wait for next june.
