Holiday overall was very nice, the hotel was spotless and the staff were excelent.
Thomsons staff were non existant!(only at the hotel for 2 hours a week). We atayed for 2 weeks and only saw 3 other English parties during that time. Mostly Russians(...
Holiday overall was very nice, the hotel was spotless and the staff were excelent.
Thomsons staff were non existant!(only at the hotel for 2 hours a week). We atayed for 2 weeks and only saw 3 other English parties during that time. Mostly Russians(which we found very rude). The food was presented superbly, although not aimed at British people, not supprising really when the arn't any there. I wish Thomsons had told us that Turkish Lira was not the currency used in this complex, as we changed all our money to Lira prior to going, only to find out that this complex deal in Euro and mostly US dollars...
Also our children got very bad ear infections, we think caused through the chemicals put in the swimming pools. Seeing people with cotton wool in there ears was quite common too, so I dont think we were the only ones suffering.
If your after a quite holiday, then this may be the place, but if like me you like to chat to people, they stay well clear...

hotel very very clean.Staff were friendly but unfortunatley not many spoke english. it was mainly russian and german holiday makers. also found that according to the thomson brochure reception would book any golf for us but on arrival at reception none of the staff could speak english it was oh so frustrating. the food was very good such a large selection .
on arrival we were given a room on the first floor. you had to duck down to get onto the balcony as the roof was dangerously low. we asked straight away for another room but had to wait two days before it was changed overall a lovely hotel.the room our friends had was wonderful and the views were magnificent needless to say pre dinner drinks!!! were called for every night in there room
