Club Hemera Hotel and Apartments Reviews

This Complex has everything you need to make your holiday relaxing and enjoyable. We were first time visitors to this Country and Hotel complex. The food was excellent and varied. Entertainment was good. This complex is ideal for families and groups, who want to RELAX and soak up the sun. 24 hrs All Inclusive Bar is also a plus. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this Hotel Complex. Book early to avoid disappointment. Overall Score 8/10.

Iwill keep this review brief.The hemera is a good Family hotel .The rooms are excellent and kept immacuatly clean by pleasent cleaning staff.The reception is friendly and efficient.The food is good and served by friendly staff and the international and Turkish a la carte restaurants are excellent and well worth a visit.Wedid not visit the fish restaurant as a number of our party did not like seafood but heard it also was good.The drinks choice was good and many brand name drinks were available and certainly not watered down.The bar staff though were not very friendly and must have smiled at themslves in the mirror each morning to get it out of the way.The pool area is very well kept with plenty of beds available although the ones around the pool were usually booked with towels by 7 am not only by the germans i must add.The animation team worked hard but were not pushy.The use of glass for drinks around the pool area i thought was a bit dangerous but i must say any breakages were quickly dealt with.Allin all i would say this is an excellent family or couples hotel but would not recommend it for the less mobile as there are a lot of steps and only one lift.The garden area is large and beautifully maintained with plenty of sunbeds to escape the hectic life around the pool area.We would and in fact will return to the Hemera in the near future.

Just returned from the hotel hemera and was not dissapointed.1st class facilities for a hotel in this price bracket, £1800 for two adults and a 13 year old for 2 weeks.On the plus side nice rooms but inadaquate centrally controled air con,nice large pool with waterslides,very nice garden areas for sunbeds etc which are plentiful and free,great location right by the beach ,very good large outdoor snackbar with a good choice of tasty food between 1pm-5pm.All in all the hotel is very well cleaned and maintained to a good standard the staff are usually quite friendly in all areas of the hotel .Now for a few criticisms the food in the main restaurant although of good quality was a little repetative ie chicken beef and fish with the same dishes often served at lunch and dinner ,the waiters although hard working often left us waiting to be served drinks with our meals for in my opinion an excessively long time ,plates were often not cleared away even when tables had eaten starter main and final courses which left many tables ours included looking very cluttered .The night time entertainment by the animation team was at best poor as most sketches were very poorly executed and not very funny at all, the pro entertainment once a week was much better as was the live entertainment by the pool most nights .The bar staff were hard working and polite with a decent selection of drinks and cocktails as were the animation team during the day who worked hard and were not to pushy if you didnt want to join in . Despite some of my negative comments the hemera is a hotel i would recommend ,with a little tweaking here and there it could be an excellent hotel to rival another hotel i have stayed at in turkey the Hotel Belcekiz Beach in olu deniz which is excellent .Would i return to hemera ? Yes a good but not quite great family hotel.

Went to Belek last year and what a waste of time that was.Take it from us this has got to be the best hotel in this area,very clean very friendly and above all a great place.

nice hotel but wouldnt go back its boring at night after paying so much for all inclusive you dont feel you should have to go outside for nightlife (theres nothing worth going out for anyway) 4 bars one closed (aquarium) beach bar open till 1.00pm but boring animation shows pool bar closes at 11.00 no music all night not even background which leaves lobby bar 24 hrs but so boring i challenge anyone to stick it out for an hour (unless alcoholic) boring, bar staff like robots not like you get in the resort bars in turkey where they want your custom and will keep you entertained youve paid up front remember so they dont need to make the effort,nice pool area if you dont want a relaxing holiday and dont mind getting smacked in the face with the football which is 1 hour am and 1 hour pm every day not many english in hotel lots of nationalities but very geared up to the germans all the staff speak fluent german, on the plus side rooms very nice gardens nice beach nice but get up at 6.00 am for a sunbed our next holiday will be room only or b/b id rather choose where to spend my money rather than be confined to one place for 2 weeks we have had about 15 holidays in turkey and enjoyed every one but this one couldn,t wait to escape stalag hemera not the hotels fault its just not for us
