The property is located about 500 meters from the beach front, set back from the main road on it's own private complex. The Apartment is located on the first floor of a duplex style block, overlooking a Turtle shaped pool. The apartment is new and the facilities are excellent. TV,Sat,DVD,Air Con throughout, washing machine (Life saver) and all the mod cons, home from home really. The apartment has 4 balcony's of which the main over looks the Tlos mountains for a fantastic view!! Just around the corner is a small shop which sells just about everything. It's a short walk into Calis where you'll find more shops, bars, disco's and restaurants. If you want to soak up the Turkish Hospitality just cross over the bridge and head down to the Beach promenade where you will be spoilt for choice on where to eat. You do get the usual hassle but in a freindly and pleasent manner. (Good fun!!)We actually
got VIP treatment when we booked for the following evening.
There's not much in the way of entertainment if you book privately, but you can pop into local hotels and enjoy whats on offer there.
I would recommend the trips etc as they are fantastic. We booked with seasidetours and enjoyed the Rafting, Jeep Safari and Oludeniz Boat Trip. All three days were fantastic with Lunch included. The guys speak excellent English and are more than happy to help you in any way possible.
This was our first trip to Turkey. We loved Calis, vistited the surrounding area's ie Fethiye (Fantastic), Oludeniz (Amazing), Ovacik and Hisaronu (Blackpool)taking in the tourist attraction's (There's so much to do)as we went along. In fact we loved it so much, we've already reserved the same apartment for next year!!...the kids can't wait...
