"Lovely hotel and resort"

I have now been to this hotel three years running. Really value for money. It is all inclusive but very much for couples. Not much going on for children but this suited us fine. Good sea views from a lot of the rooms. Swimming pool not terribly big but adequate. Good range of food, limited drinks but always managed to find something to suit. Recommended for a value for money stay in Turkey

"Great location but poor food for all inc"

Hotel right on the beach central location clean place, nice rooms, good service but waiters clear away far too fast, staff pack up around you before pool or restaurant shuts and entertainment is non existent. Food choice not great, had much better all inclusives before but thankfully Turkey is so cheap it's worth eating out. Pier 15 restaurant great and hotel guests get 25% off. Hotel good base but wouldn't go all inc to Turkey again especially not at this hotel. Usual story with all towels out by 7am but head to beach anyway it's lovely and on your doorstep. Evening entertainment was rubbish and bar closed at 11am whilst rest of resort kept going. Probably better for older couple or younger couple but only as a base, not too many kids either which was good.

Not for us! We arrived in the early hours and all seemed like a pleasant hotel but we didn't expect to be up at 7am reserving sunbeds, this happened every day and there was definately not enough to go all round and plenty of people reserving then and not using then until late afternoon. The pool area was far to small for the size of the hotel and the sunbeds were directly by the pool, so plenty of people moaning about getting wet and slipping. Waiters went over and beyond their duties especially with my young daughter! Watch out for the irish bar just around the corner, staff prey on young girls. On the plus side rooms were clean and maid service excellent! Food same each day, lamb, chicken, rice, pizza and chips. Getting a table can be frustrating especially if travelling in group of 5 or more as tables only sit 4! Stayed in other resorts in Turkey but wouldn't go back to this one!

The cleanliness of the hotel is second to none, both in the public area and the rooms. Everywhere was cleaned every day and the towels and sheets were changed on a daily basis. The rooms maybe basic, but they are very comfortable, and after all, you only need your room for somewhere to sleep and shower. The pool area was spotless...it was cleaned every night. The thing that amazed us and made us laugh, was the fact that it was the English, Scotish and Welsh guests who were getting up at the crack of dawn to claim their sunbeds for the day, although there was plenty to go around for everyone. The food was excellent and plentiful. Breakfast had a variety of dishes ranging from cereal to pancakes. There was a vast selection of dishes and deserts to choose from at lunch time and in the evening, including a very impressive salad bar. There was also snacks to be had in the afternoon, including burgers, pasta and wonderful little cakes. Late at night there was soup and bread for anyone who wanted it. There is absolutely no need for anyone to go hungry or complain! There was an improvement this year's entertainment and they do try to accommodate for everyones taste. The entertainment team work very hard to encourage guests to join in with activities.

"Another Brilliant Holiday"

Overall Hotel Rating:

We have just returned from yet another wonderful stay in this hotel, our 4th, and we have already booked this hotel again for next year. We travelled as a party of 4 adults and arrived at the hotel at 6.30am on the 11th October and was given a very warm welcome by the person on reception. We were allocated rooms 504 and 505 which looked out over the bay...magnificent! The staff were so friendly and helpful and they work extremely hard for long hours. It was also lovely to see some familiar faces amongst the staff. The entertainment team work very hard to encourage guests to join in with activities. The Thomas Cook rep, the same rep as last year, was lovely and regularly on hand to give any advise or sort out any problems...not that there were any.

Just got back from a 2 week holiday and what can I say. It was absolutely brilliant. The resort and hotel were both excellent and I will definately be returning next year. I stayed in room 358 and it was really cool - I even needed a blanket at night! The weather was excellent too. The food did get a bit boring into the second week so I did eat out 3 nights out of the 14. Overall though it was pretty good. The children's entertainer, Selma was a god send for my little girl. She really made her feel special and coloured with her most afternoons which gave me and my husband time for sunbathing. We played darts and bowls most days which was a good laugh. We met some lovely people at the hotel and the staff were extremely friendly and the rooms very clean. Overall a fantasic holiday and I would recommend the resort and the hotel to anyone. I can't wait to book again for next year.

This Hotel is spotless, from the reception to the rooms and all around is cleaned every day. We once seen a flock of cleaners maybe 10 cleaning the leather suits in the chilling area. Pool is very good, very clean, a bit slippy around the pool area when wet be warned, loads of sun beds with cussions, no need to researve, drinks limited to Vodka, rubbish brandy, i think gin and raki, Efes beer, coffee machines, juice and fizzy drinks, as much water as you can drink. breakfast, lunch and dinner buffy style very good standard, maybe a bit repetative. no icecream in all inclusive, waiters very pleasant good laugh, very efficient. Rooms very good standard, beds a bit hard, bathroom very good, air con very good, but is turned of at times through the day but not at night. cleaned every day.very good value for money, would go there again.

"Fabulous Hotel"

Overall Hotel Rating:

Excellent

Open quote

This was our first trip to Turkey and we flew from East Midlands for the last couple of weeks in July. We went with Direct Holidays and we benefited from a 20KG luggage allowance as opposed to 15KG given to Thomas Cook travellers. The transfer is very long and we did feel that the stop en route at the Turkish restaurant and shop complex is unecessary in the early hours, however good if you need the loo I guess!

The hotel certainly had everything we needed. It is spotlessly clean and cleaning attendants were always visible throughout the day and night. The pool never got too busy even though it was the summer holidays (yes you did have to be up early to reserved beds though if that is your thing!) and was the perfect temperature - very welcoming in 52 degree heat! Beware though, the pool area does get very slippery and I did see a couple of people come a cropper. The beach is so close it is so easy to pop back to the hotel for a drink when you get thirsty - and make the most of the pool towels, great idea!

There were three of us in our room and whilst there wasn't oodles of space we did have enough room for all our things and it was rare we were all getting ready at the same time anyhow so space wasn't really a problem.

The reception staff were always very helpful as was Laura the Thomas Cook rep who I have to say was the best rep we have ever known. She was always happy and smiley, spending hours at the hotel every day and even walking round the pool to talk to her guests.

The food was very good, of course it does get a bit repetitive but what do you expect after two weeks. All 5 of us were able to find things we liked and we didn't suffer any poorly tummys. Breakfast was great with choice of omelettes or panakes each morning - however towards the end of the holiday this changed to either one or the other being cooked although we didn't mind. The waiters in the restaurant were fabulous, so friendly and chatty and working extremely long hours, as did the bar staff. All day everyday staff continuously walked around the pool collecting empty cups so it was always clean and tidy.

There is a limited choice on the all inclusive but that didn't bother us, it did finish at 11pm though but again we were happy to wander around the resort and try different bars - local bars do seem to have an obsession with waiter's dressing as Tina Turner, Freddie Mercury and Michael Jackson and they provide good entertainment. The entertainment was a bit lax at the hotel, a few activities during the day and visiting dancers etc at night with the odd competition but unless you pay top notch then I don't think you ever get fab entertainment.

We are really hoping to go back next year (and I NEVER want to go back to the same place twice!) - only wish we could afford to go again before the end of the season.
