not even the equivalent of a 1 star hotel. someone should explain to them the meaning of all inclusive.the kids pool was ajoke and the play area was just as bad the kids amused themselves playing football on dangerous waste ground. it was excessively noisy nearly all night long.after two tries i could,nt face the resteurant anymore.most guests were eating at "uncle sams" at the end of the street.i must say the choice and quality of food in there is supurb and a friendlier set of staff would be impossible to find. ifound marmaris to be abrilliant place but keep away from this hotel and be very careful, it keeps changing its name
a beautiful place to holiday. very picturesque, very very friendly and not too expensive, i would definitely return

To say that this hotel is basic would be being generous. The accomodation although clean is not the the standard of, say a three star hotel in Spain. The brochure says that each room has a tv and fridge, our two rooms had fridges but no TV's, and it seeme...
To say that this hotel is basic would be being generous. The accomodation although clean is not the the standard of, say a three star hotel in Spain. The brochure says that each room has a tv and fridge, our two rooms had fridges but no TV's, and it seemed that people had one or the other and not both. There is no lifeguard at the pool and there are only 50 sunbeds for an 83 room hotel, which means that if you want a sunbed its a throw back to the 80's, getting up at 6 in the morning to place your towel on a bed.
The food was terrible, after a couple of days with the children eating bread and butter and my husband and I sticking to the salade bar we had to eat out, which meant that paying for an all inclusive holiday was a waste of money.
This was my first trip to Turkey and loved the resort but this hotel was a real let down and certainly by any ones standards be classed as three star!!!!!!!!!!
Me and 4 female friends, ages 18-20 all had an ace time at this hotel and resort!

Me and 4 female friends, ages 18-20 all had an ace time at this hotel and resort!
The staff were really friendly, the food was kind of repetitive but was really nice some days and I did not think it was unclean at all, it was lovely. I'm quite fussy about cleanliness and I didn't feel uncomfortable with using the toilet, showers or anything, the showers were lovely! The only bad thing I can say about the showers is that you can only use them between a certain time as sometimes there isn't any hot water, we only had to have a cold shower once but it wasn't freezing, it was nice after a hot day in the sun to be honest!
When you arrive at the hotel, you have to pay 30 lera per room and 40 lera for the safety deposit, DON'T pay for air con, you can just lift the lid in the room and turn it on yourself, unless you want a control, there is no need to pay!
The pool is gorgeous, cleaned every day, only bad thing was it was about 6 foot deep the whole way round, but there is a small children's pool for the younger ones.
The resort is really nice for families and youngsters like us up for a good night life. Around the hotel all the music at the bars had to stop at 12 which is good for families as its peaceful etc. there is a bus that takes you to the beach front where the best bars are that costs just 1 lera! I recommend the beach front rather than bar street, bar street is a RIP OFF! But the beachfront is fairly cheap and the music and atmosphere is fab!
Taxis are fairly cheap as well and there is always a taxi rank nearby!
Go to the welcome meeting as you get to see what activities you can do and can get good deals with your rep, I recommend the lazy boat day! That was amazingly nice, you got a lovely dinner and to stop at a beach and feed fish at a fish farm. Also the aqua park, its so nice there, plenty of slides etc.
Also we went to the Turkish baths, i wasn't sure about these but it was really nice and my skin felt gorgeous and tanned really well after!
Overall, no need to worry about the bad reviews.
