Club Candan Reviews

We returned home from our hols August 26th after a two week stay. Temp over 50  so it was a little melting  at times the pool soon made up for that especially the wall. First time in Turkey so did not know exactly what to expect, pleasantly surprised soon as we arrived we were greated by resturant staff who helped with our cases a little disappointed when we found that we did not have a room with a pool view.By day 2 we all agreed that we had a much better postion where we were  The opposite hotel Ali-barba boys played their music that was to my 17yr old daughter's taste very often they would acknowlegde us when we were out on the balcony.The Club Candan was a very friendly hotel, cleaner's worked very hard to keep on top as the hotel was full for the entire stay. Pool area very clean and tidy the down side was that although your not supposed to hogg the sunbeds my husband did get up early just to get three together, saying that if you do have a problem see Lopez he will sort it out. ( No one would cross him )The resturant boys are great especially Oz. They all work very hard always friendly no matter what time you can always get a meal & drink.Spends in the hotel can be a little pricey if your on a budget or if you have a few children .Marmaris was nice but they are very pushy  you can not look at menu boards or look at any gift's that is maybe why we stayed  more in the hotel this year than on our normal holidays.Resturant's on the harbour side very nice a little pricier than the beach side but at night you have that little breeze well worth it one night it was 31c at 11.45. Eats:- Sea view resurant  fab escepially the fish for 2, The beach side Natalies  for a good steak. The back streets  what a find Unomemtos very friendly food brill did not have a bad meal ate here x3 night's salmon on a plank lush. Close by is Tanas this is  a under one roof shop you can get nearly everything you require here even cold beer and fresh bread at 11pm at night price's lower than near hotel's  Trips's went on gullet vip day  really nice  a must chillout day. Would definately go back maybe even next year would definately recommend to anyone with children no matter what age. Day activities all round pool area so they can join in and you can also keep an eye on them. On site  many extra's which seemed to be very popular. Holiday overall very very good  shame about the other side of Marmaris they will only lose out if they continue to be pushy    Sonia Andrew  Lucy

Just returned from Club Candan wishing I was back already, travelled with my husband and 4 children ages (14,10,7 and 5) the hotel was lovely and clean and the Staff especially in the restuarant were friendly and hard working! All of the kids enjoyed there holiday whether they were swimming in the great pool, on the slides, watching the entertainment or just on the laptop which could be hired for a small fee. I would definately recommend these apartments to any family thinking about visiting Turkey the rooms were spacious and the towels and beds were changed regulary. We had a great time!

Hello just returned from club candan,our first time in turkey and was a little apprehensive, heard stories about Turkey and for some reason never really fancied going to Turkey,so this year thought we would see what it was like. Well this place soon put me right,fabulous people and fabulous place. Bar staff were fantastic especially charlie, eric and ozz, cleaners nice infact everyone went out of their way to make our stay special which indeed it was. In fact think we will be returning next year, Think you can say am a Turkey convert thanks to club candan

we have just returned from 2 weeks at club candan. My daughter and us had a great time in the large swimming pool, she enjoyed the slide. The staff are all friendly and helpfull. Special mention for the photo people as we had a large canvas pic done, very good quality and friendly service [thanks again] not far from the market and beach. Great holiday hope to return next year.
