Hotel Greenland Reviews

Just back from a 7 night stay at Hotel Greenland. Hotel was nice and clean and the rooms comfortable. Air Con was included in the cost. Food although well cooked and presented was limited. Didn't try the salad of Lambs Brains !! Main Swimming pool area (There are 2 pools)is kept tidy and the pool is clean. The entertainment was average although Charlie and Eda did their best. Location is good, a short Dolmus trip to Hisaronu and Olu deniz. Turkish bath was Brill ! I would go back to the Greenland but I think 1 week with the limited choice of food is long enough. One final word of warning - You have to vacate your room by mid-day on the day of your departure. We were not picked up by our transfer until nearly midnight (we were not the last to leave the hotel after vacating so early). If the hotel is busy, they will NOT offer a late checkoput and there are no facilities to have a shower or get changed before the bus arrives. We were lucky in that a fellow guest took pity on us and allowed us to use their room. All in all a good break in a good quality hotel.

Recently returned from a 2 Week all inclusive holiday to the Greenland hotel. Websites and Brochures claim it is a 4 star hotel. It isn't. However, please please do not let that comment put you off booking for this wonderful holiday experience. The accomodation is small but adequate (how much time do you spend in a hotel room on your hols)? The whole hotel is spotless and the rooms are cleaned Daily and have many nice touches. There is a freindly and informative reception where if you ask they will organise anything for you. The outstanding feature of the Hotel is undoubtedly the attentive staff. They go out of there way to offer service we often don't see at home. The pool and daytime activities are good but not 'in your face' and the entertainment team work extremely hard to give everybody a good time. The location of the Hotel, for me is one of its best feature, you can go to Hisaranu, olu deniz, and fethiye in no time atall on a dolmus or taxi. Hisaranu is a great resort which caters for all ages without being too rowdy. In fact i would say that the whole holiday was a bit more upmarket than I expected. The food in the Hotel is lovely. (and that is coming from a very fussy eater). There is a lot of choice and always something for breakfast, lunch and dinner that you would like. They often bbq food and it is the highest quality. The views from the pool area of the hotel are outstanding, looking out to the mountains. If you have looked at this holiday and thought it might be for you, Do Not hesitate in getting it booked, you will not be dissapointed. If the management of this hotel read these reviews..........thank you once again for a splendid holiday and i am sure you will see me and my family again

Hotel is in quiet location,entertainment was very cheesey,not very professional at all.The entertainment team,Tener especially were more interested in inviting teenage girls back to there accommodation,my daughter being one.Rooms clean but in need of updating,food average and repetative.Try another hotel is my opinion.

i have been too greenland 6 times now ireally loved greenlands and i am going back next year charlie and eda are really nice and so friendley thay put a lot of hard work in and new apartments are very nice rooms allways clean the maids do a great job weather fab all staff very helpfull and food well thats 100 per cent thanks for a great hoilday
