When I first arrived in the middle of the night the service was good the cases were taken to my room and we didnt wait too long before getting are keys. Unfortunatly we had booked a family room so it should have had a bath but we were given a disabled bathr...

We travelled to this hotel (blue side) from 18 Aug to 1 Sept.
First impressions were a very clean and spacious hotel with good facilities. We had a Jacuzzi Suite, which was quite roomy for 2 adults and 2 teenage girls. The maid service was efficient...

Staff work 24/7 to keep grounds clean and that is about it. Food can be cold and uncovered. Pools constantly being closed because of "accidents", ear infections,tummy upsets constantly, people being taken ill constantly. DO NOT GO.
