We went looking to buy property in Kusadasi as we were told its very cheap - which it is. BUT buyers beware we spoke to lots of people who have bought who finding it very difficult to rent their properties out in the summer, due to the masses of villas in and around Kusadasi.
Also the airport transfers are putting people off anything from £60 - £80 one way for upto 4 persons.flights are not cheap now most people paying £200 + each and they are all these awful early morning return flights to.
Time to discover the smaller areas outside of Kusadasi or go to Icmeler!?

I have been to this hotel three times now and can't wait to return agaun later this year. It is a small hotel situated next to the Friday market. The hotel is always clean and tidy and the staff are lovely. They are good fun and entertainment but are alsovery serious and helpfull when need be. Staying at the hotel Bora you are made to feel at home in the relaxed fun atmosphere. The hotel is central enough, five minutes walking distance to the centrum and dolmus stops. there are many cafe bars/restraunts around that serve lovely food at reasonable prices. The hotel also has a varied menu at reasonable prices served throughout the day. this hotel is suitable for all varieties of people, families, young couples, older people, the lot.
bora hotel is also handy to all the bars in bar street where there are a variety of bars mainly irish themed, paradise , shamrock and kitty o'shea being personal favourites. Also another bar highly recommended is Slinkys which can be found in 'old bar street'. Many lovely reasonable restraunts in the centrum of which i would recommend having to try are Murphys (next to the mosque) and Casablanca( next to the dolmus, we ate there 8 nights out of 14!). hotel bora is an ideal hotel to stay in, away from all the hussel and bussel but close enough to get into it if you wish.
