I have just returned from the Dubai Grand hotel in Deira i arrived at 8am and they would not let us check in a little earlier yet one of the workers said there were 8 rooms empty they made us wait 4 hrs in the lobby with a baby yet most of the hotels in dub...
I have just returned from the Dubai Grand hotel in Deira i arrived at 8am and they would not let us check in a little earlier yet one of the workers said there were 8 rooms empty they made us wait 4 hrs in the lobby with a baby yet most of the hotels in dubai are 24hr check in and out the service was average but most of the staff could not understand english,
the hotel is not very close to the diera centre,the rooms were of as good standard but the balcony was not clean and pool was basic but clean there was alot of building work taken place around the hotel which was not advised the rating for this hotel is 4* in our opinion it should be a 3* do not book the accomodation unless you require you are stuck.
