Overall Hotel Rating:
As soon as you walk into the reception at the hotel it is very dull. A long walk to the hotel room and smelly damp corridors. When we entered the room is was boiling hot, advertised with air con, there was clearly not any air con working. We then later found out that the shower didn't work and also the toilet took 4 attempts to flush!! The restaurant is overpriced for what you get and the quality of it. We complained about our experience and all we got was a letter offering us a free upgrade next time we stop..... we will not be stopping there again.
