Overall Hotel Rating:
Four Seasons Hotel and Spa in Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks met all of our expectations. The hotel is typical of the excellent Four Seasons chain. The Spa is fantastic and very relaxing. We had our own spa room opening onto our very own private garden for the duration of the treatments. We were treated like royalty and felt like royalty. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The variety and quality of food available was fantastic and to our expectation. The rooms were extremely spacious and clean. They were also very well decorated and contemporary, yet also very comfortable. We really didn’t want to leave.
