Southernmost on the Beach Reviews

I'm so happy I chose Southernmost on the Beach. We had a new oceanview room and it was wonderful. This is probably one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at and the location is wonderful. A beautiful view of the water, but still within walking distance to everything. I highly recommend this hotel and if I ever return to Key West, I will definitely stay here. NOTE: We discovered after the first night that you need to put your room key in the slot near the door to the room so that the air conditioning will operate. The breakfast food and happy hour food and drink specials at the Southernmost Cafe and Bar are good. But some of the cafe/bare waitstaff were obviously not very happy with their job and it showed (unfortunately), However, the pool bar staff were very happy and wonderful.

This hotel is located at the quiet end of Duval Street but it is an easy walk to Mallory Square and the hotel has a lovely location on the beach. Our room had a fantastic view of the sea and we were really pleased with it. The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel also has bikes to rent which makes it easy to get out and explore a bit more of Key West.
