"Best Resort of Miami Beach"

This is a excellent hotel resort at Miami Beach. I spent 7 days there and i wished to stay there for another 7 days.

"Relaxing and unwinding"

I am absolutely inlove with this place! I have been to resorts around the world but the comfort and cleanliness does not compare to the Miami Hotel Resort. It is so elegant out there and definitely not for the couple on a tight budget, their customer service skills are impeccable and ever so charming. My husband and I were really wowed by this resort and would definitely urge couples or honeymooners over to Miami Beach resort. Not forgetting the food was really amazing and of very high standards.

Miami beach resort and spa hotel was excelent from the moment you pulled up outside the hotel it wa spotless . The whole hotel was well presented and clean

I visited Miami back in January and found this to be a great hotel. It was perfect for the combination of sight seeing and relaxation that I was looking for. We had a lovely room and were lucky enough to be upgraded to what seemed to be a luxury suite. Very spacious compared to what I've heard (and expected) about Miami hotels!

Hotel is located at North Beach area but public transport is regular & will take you into South beach within 10 mins. Be aware that if you hire a car you WILL have to pay $22 per day for Valet parking!! They also damaged my vehicle & refused to accept responsibility, but did eventually after evidence was produced. Never used any of the restaurants but did order breakfast ( Room service ) first day. It was OK.
Initially we were allocated a room overlooking the roof & extraction vent but afetr complaining we were offered a room overlooking Biscayne bay, lovely view to wake up to.
Pool was initially very murky but improved ( obviously down to number of complaints received ) & pool bar is great, if a little on expensive side. Towels were provided FOC.
The week we were there they were holding a dancing competition which filled the hotel but did not hinder your enjoyment. Receiving your car from the Valet did take a while though due to sheer number of cars they had to deal with.
Enjoyed the stay & Miami.
